Amazing beer and location! Staff was friendly and there were lots of locals in this place. You always know it’s a good place when you get locals in a touristy location. Walking distance to the beach and many other great places to visit on Garnet Street.

This place is THE BEST food in PB hands DOWN! Would give 10 stars if allowed. The truffle wings are bomb, pizza always hits the spot, even had the sandwiches and pretty sure the beer battered fries should be illegal. Staff always fun and great to talk to. Hit it up if you haven't already, it will become your favorite place to go when you don't feel like cooking!

I was here in a small group. The service was firstly amazing. The wings - exceptional! The burger was also juicy, full of flavour and tender. This is also a great place to come on the weekend for great food and a few drinks. There is something for everyone. The atmosphere is electric.

This is a great brew pub with a big open layout. Tons of bar seating from the huge oddly shaped bar. Lots of booth and table seating. The Philly cheese steak was KILLER! One of the best I've ever had. It was gigantic, the bread was perfect, the meat tender, cheese melty. And my IPA was super good as well. The bartender was nice and you could tell she knew her way around the bar. The combination of perfect food and perfect beer make me want to come back.

Great selection of draft beers, I had an excellent Philly Sandwich, a lot of TVs for sports! UPDATE: Four of us returned here for dinner in April 2025. Everything was great, excellent service, the Philly Sandwich is still a winner, the Burgers are thick and delicious, my wife has a great garden salad as well. And a large selection of excellent draft beers! We definitely recommend SD Tap Room!

My favorite restaurant in San Diego. Best food, best staff, best vibes, feels like home. Great to go for sports games Beer flights are unmatched, try Pliny the elder (or younger!)

We came for Brunch in the beer garden with our dog this past Saturday morning. The unlimited mimosas are amazing. Our server was able to fit us in despite being full with reservations, and she really was the best! She was in charge of the whole area, including some very large tables, yet she was still attentive and got around to us frequently. Highly recommend a stop here if you are in Pacific Beach area.
